However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as plannedā€”even Jedi Masters have off days. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure your experience with us is as smooth as hyperspace travel.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order
Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
  • Costume Accessories (e.g., masks, gloves)
  • Electronic Lightsabers (if used or activated)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in the instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate this in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
