Shipping Information
We ship across the galaxy (excluding Asia and some remote regions).
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its path through the cosmos.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our high-quality Star Wars costumes and lightsabers. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as plannedāeven Jedi Masters have off days.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Costume Accessories (e.g., masks, gloves)
- Electronic Lightsabers (if used or activated)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in the instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate this in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
