Galaxy Gear Store specializes in high-quality Star Wars costumes, lightsabers, and collectibles. Our product offerings include:

• Character costumes (Anakin Skywalker, Darth Vader, Boba Fett, etc.)
• Lightsabers (Basic, Black Series, Electronic, and FX series)
• Costume accessories (masks, gloves, etc.)
• Collectible items from various Star Wars series

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur, and we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed.

Pricing:

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment Methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the right to use the payment method.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Regions:

We ship across the galaxy (excluding Asia and some remote regions). If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Costume Accessories (e.g., masks, gloves)
• Electronic Lightsabers (if used or activated)

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for instructions and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible
5. Ship to: Galaxy Gear Store, 3808 River Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80918 USA

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
